Glenn Miller and his Orchestra Concert Posters 1930s & 1940s

Sorry this video is 10 minutes long, but I needed it to show off three original, vintage Glenn Miller window cards from his heyday: 1938, 1939 and 1940, each with its own unique style. Original Glenn Miller concert posters are tough to find because he toured nationally only from 1937-1942, before joining the Army in ’43 and sadly perishing in ’44. Enthusiastically discussed by collector Pete Howard of PosterCentral.com (phone 805-540-0020, email pete@postercentral.com). If you’re into big-band posters like this, be sure to see more right here on this page of my web site: http://www.postercentral.com/bigbandvocalists.htm
