One of the prettiest of all the San Francisco ’60s psychedelic concert posters is “the girl with the green hair.” It was designed to sell tickets for a pair of October 1966 concerts featuring Big Brother & The Holding Company with Janis Joplin, and the Jim Kweskin Jug Band with Geoff & Maria Muldaur (later of “Midnight at the Oasis” fame).
