A well-known San Francisco concert poster from March 1968 featuring the high-flying Jefferson Airplane, the Grateful Dead, and poster artist Alton Kelley. The show took place at the Carousel Ballroom and one has to wonder how many patrons decided to hitchhike to the show! At least one of the three concerts is available in perfect stereo quality, and tape collectors generally rave about the Dead’s sets during this stand.
